Kristin Smith is a seasoned and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of healthcare experience, including more than a decade in advanced practice. Dually board-certified in both psychiatry and adult medicine, she brings a strong foundation in both internal medicine and mental health to her work with patients and care teams. Kristin is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, holistic care that supports each person’s journey toward mental and physical wellness.
In her role as a psychiatric consultant, Kristin specializes in the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), working in close partnership with primary care providers and Behavioral Care Managers to deliver integrated, team-based mental health care. She is committed to meeting patients where they are—leveraging empathy, clinical insight, and collaboration to support each individual's unique path to wellness. Through strong care team coordination, she ensures that every patient receives personalized support aligned with their medical and mental health needs.
